They promote quality of life for the people of SPGG and strengthen the city’s position as a competitive and attractive urban place in the eyes of the world. These strategies form the basis of an integrated approach to urban development, establishinga clear and reliable direction, seeking to optimize the benefits of SPGG strengths and opportunities wherever possible, while minimizing the negative effects of weaknesses and threats.
